ALPICE
ALPICE Bookkeeping offers a variety of services customized to meet each client's individual needs. While our services vary, our commitment to service and client confidentiality is paramount. Important to note (because we're often asked!): ALPICE Bookkeeping does not provide tax preparation or payroll services. We only provide bookkeeping services.
Tax Preparation - We do not do tax preparation; however, we will, as your bookkeeper, prepare 1099s as necessary and file the 1096 with the IRS and Massachusetts Department of Revenue. We will work with your accountant to ensure necessary bookkeeping documentation is available in a timely manner so your taxes may be prepared and also post year end journal entries your accountant provides in your QuickBooks file after they have been provided. We have developed a rapport with a number of accountants in Massachusetts and will be glad to make recommendations should the need arise.
Payroll Services - ALPICE Bookkeeping provides historical payroll service only. We do not process payroll but will be glad to submit payroll on your behalf, post entries received, and work with your payroll service as necessary. We have worked with a number of payroll services in the area and can recommend a payroll service when these services are needed by your growing company.
Our rates are determined by the work required for each individual client. The vast majority of our clients enjoy a set maintenance plan rate offered once the work required has been agreed upon.
